i haven't played this since it came out, and i was looking forward to the update. until i realized that all the crap they've added is just for pvp matches. these new races for nothing. guess i won't be playing it afterall
That's strange, are you sure? because as from steam patch notes: "Added support for the Orks Faction Pack! This pack includes 15 new Ork units that can be used in Planetary Supremacy, Daemonic Incursion, Skirmish and Multiplayer..." And same for the previous added Sister of battle, they can be used in any battle mode, included the Planetary Supremacy procedural, conquest dinamical campaign, that have be doubled in size and improved, also they declared that this mode will be expanded more and more in the future. I don't have aleady tried all this, same as you played only the first 'incarnation'.
My guess is that they know full well that turn-based is not "fast-paced", and that they just didn't want to turn people off from "another turn-based bore fest".
