I downloaded Fallout 4 VR. I don’t see an install and when I click the exe it says the code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. But like I said before there was no install option so how do I get it to work?

How do I install RUNE games? I never get an installer or a .exe with the download just an .iso file that nearly freezes my computer when i try to open it.
Perhaps you have BitLocker enabled in Windows? Or is your antivirus trying to scan the entire file before opening it? Often, with large files, if BitLocker or your antivirus is enabled, Windows will automatically read the entire file before mounting/opening it => the larger the file, the slower the reading time.
A simpler way, if you don't want to do any modifications, is to use WinRAR or 7z (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html), extract the ISO file, and then install from there for a simpler and faster process.
It helps if I actually read the whole forum lol I downloaded Deamon, I don't trust WinRar anymore after it allowed a virus that forced me to restore my pc, and figured it out (insert facepalm here). 7z doesn't seem to work for ISO files, though I'm probably doing it wrong now that I've read the forum. It's a bit strange, make sure you're using the latest version of WinRAR, it's still the most popular compression software in the world today. We cannot blame it, almost all software, or even Windows itself, has some kind of vulnerability. Hackers are always looking for ways to exploit these vulnerabilities, but they fixed them years ago.
I'll be sure to check it out then but Daemon has been working decently, so far, I don't like how it creates a virtual storage but oh well lol. Thanks again.

If I install Starfield shattered space FLT, it installs with the crack. Then I try to install the update, but it says the update failed. Do I need to install starfield without the crack first, then update? If so, how do I apply the crack afterward? Or is the crack included in the update? I am confused
Hey, im having problems with ISO files i isntalled the new Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3+4 and oblivion remastered and neitehr of them i cant install, i installed the daeamon pro and how it shows here in tutorial of yours is just not a thing, i dont get any mount for the files when i just try to open them before instaling the deamon it was just freezing up the folder and nothing would happen i couden't even turn of the folder without restarting pc after that i figured out this daemon part that i need to have it installed once i done so nothing changed i dont have any of the options as you can see in the picture bellow and when i try to open it with daemon it does same freeze where i cant turn off the folder without reseting my pc.
It freezes because your hard drive is still reading data with the large file. I believe your hard drive I/O is not too high => low read/write speed. Or maybe your AV is trying to scan the whole file while the hard drive is reading the file => it takes a lot of time.
Just downloade the other version you guys have of the wolfenstein Cyberpilot VR international version and after installed i get the VR message " Unable to initialize VT truntime. Reason: Installation path could not be located (110)

Trying to play game with XBOX 360 controller, but the game wont let me get past even the start menu without letting me decide anything. None of the controls are working besides the left button on the dpad which is only used to decide. Need assistance if anyone can offer.
If this doesn't work, the way i found it to work was to just copy the sound files and the background music file to somewhere else. That seemed to fix about 90% of the crashes that I have encountered.
Every time I try to start the game, it opens steam and goes to the store page of the game. Did I really just put 3 GB on my computer that's basically telling me to buy a game?
Okay never mind, it was working a week ago when I downloaded and played it, but now it's crashing every 5 minutes or less. I tried looking on Google for a fix but no avail. Still crashes with every fix I've used. If it works for you, that's good. I'm gonna go buy the PS3 port instead. This game is broken.

double click exe then admin right to launch, then nothing, no process running in bkgrd.
P.s. there is no recovery record this RAR which would have helped.
I tried to use repair, it gave the same errors but i un-rar it an tried.
