If anyone is still playing in 2021 (me because i'm old) what i did to get the game to run is install the XNA in C:\Users\Downloads\Zombie.Estate.2.v2.0.13\Zombie.Estate.2.v2.0.13_CommonRedist\XNA\4.0 not sure if it'll work for you but it did for me so it's worth a try
Same goes for me, nothing happend. Tried it in different ways, multiple times, couldnt get it running sadly, I rly do like the game. This is the first title since years, which is not working correctly for me, but thats fine, compared to all the free hours of fun the IGG-Games gave to me i guess. :)
