I just checked, it works fine for me. Or maybe your AV ate the cracked file? Try temporarily disabling AV, then extracting again.

If it still doesn't work, then I guess your windows is missing some necessary drivers, try updating C++ Redistributable (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170), NET Framework latest version, and update VGA driver,...

Thanks, it was C++ Redistributable. I had version 14.32 and the game needed 14.40
