Maybe if a person was really hopped up on drugs like PCP, this game's scenario could happen otherwise it's all a drug-induced fantasy dreamed up by the dev. I visited New York City before and it's not as bad as this game portrays it to be! For one thing, you can't rampage through the streets of the borough of Manhattan with an assault rifle shooting people or drive a car through the streets while mowing down people without the police there deploying the SWAT team to take you down quickly!
Still, as a fictional game it might be fun to "Let loose" once in a while or constructively release some stress and frustrations from your RL problems! Just as long as you don't actually try any of this IRL!
