The fighter with the ballsack arms is useless in your party, because he can't punch, it would be too painful for him.😁 (As you can see on the pics, he tried already and now he has internal bleeding. Maybe he'll never be able to reproduce.)
But you can keep him around for +5 charisma and speech, especially with female npcs in town.
