I dunno man, try running as Administrator is all I can offer you. My PC sucks but it just loaded and played fine again after not bothering or a day when I put 20 minutes into it. Maybe undo what you change with the controller setup? It works fine with keyboard+mouse and wired Xbox controller so i dunno.
Pretty fun game. Kinda Binding of Isaac-y just much faster and harder. Sometimes you lose half your life before you can even really move. At least you can keep your scrap to upgrade your weapons even if you die. So far it runs fine with my onboard graphics of 512mb, don't know how it will run if there are actually the 100+ enemies on screen though.
In options you can switch between keyboard and gamepad under Gameplay. I put in my controller halfway through the tutorial and the robot dude said something like 'you must plug in a different controller, i dont know what that means'. (although it did work still) I guess you need to either use your controller when you launch the game or don't plug it after you've launched for either KB+M/controller to work properly. Especially if you want to know what buttons and such do what through the short tutorial.
mehhh game work with pad not with keyboard :( if someone know how to fix tell me. WHen i start game without pad stil game start with setings with pad and when i connect pad game work fine :/
