Got a problem actually, the game open Steam and then Steam put the "error : No licence " There is no Codex or Iso, it's only an .exe files to open when we extract all .rar files. I don't know where i'm wrong, can someone help ?
Update : I have deleted all folders created when i extracted, redownloaded the game with a Torrent, i actually have the same error, i think the crack isn't in the package because i turned off my antivirus (Windows Defender) so no files where delete by him.

This game is so unfinished and lacking in content i cant believe they released this game in this state, let alone charging people for it. There are only two levels right now but the second one is so buggy and broken its best you just forget about it and focus on the first level which only leaves ONE level to play, to make things worse the big bad boss of the level is a copy of an enemy you seen already not to mention hes stupid easy to cheese. sick of these early access game man... release games when theyre finished or not at all
Hopefully, yes. I've seen a lot of good, promising games get stuck in EA limbo like "Orc Massage" to just put it on my "wait and see" list. At least the dev of that game is actively updating it with more content, so it's a positive state of limbo.

So, that's what I did :-
I downloaded 7 parts from above "Link MegaUp.net" link. Before I extract I turned off Windows Defender and firewall than I extracted part1 but it seems WinRar extracted all the parts and there was one folder named 'Witchfire v0.5.1' These are the files :-
Then I moved them to 'local(C)/Witchfire' folder.....
Also, the folder where I downloaded and extracted+local(C)/Witchfire both of them are listed as excluded folder in Windows defender.
i run Witchfire.exe as administrator but the game doesn't even open...when I checked task manager I saw 'Witchfire-Win64-shiping' exe running for few seconds then it disappeared. Nothing happens.
I have steam installed in my system and has 2 games with 41 GB free storage. I enabled .net Framework v4.8 & v3.5 also installed :- Microsoft virtual C++ 2010 x64,x86 Microsoft virtual C++ 2015-2022 x64,x86 Microsoft XNA Framework v4.0 OpenAL DirectX 12

and every update actually add in shitton of content, not like many other early access games, like stoneshard what got pixel grafic and even with that added nothing in 6 years of development

It has RPG elements (inventory,loot,crafting etc) in form of rogue-lite as well. I watched 7 min gameplay-preview from the makers(Painkiller,Bulletstorm). These Guys are committed ,7 years is a indicator,hihihi but the preview looks very good,too- that is for sure.And good Story? Then i am all in....kinda,hehe.Def gonna follow this one 👍🤗
Hm the EA version a few months ago worked nice, but this time it just opens Steam. I tried both .exe in the folder and with admin rights but it still opens Steam?
This game looks fantastic, and runs great. It's more of a roguelike. As cool as the environments are, I wish it was open world. Nevertheless, I think this is going to be a very good game as it develops.
This is not where you ask for game updates. Read the rules and use your brain. It literally says "game requests" on the top banner. MegaUp (best choice) and MixDrop (albeit slow af) links work. All the rest are wracked with ads (Clicknupload), incomplete (only 2 or 3 work, rest removed), obstructed (RapidGator and Mega.nz of course have paywalls), or dead/removed due to infringement or inactivity (the majority).
This update seems to have resolved the bug where it would randomly drop frames to below 20 after opening the map or the preyer menu and keep it that way for the entirety of the play session until the game restarted.
Looks great for the 1st couple of hours but that's pretty much all there is too it, looks good. Mindless extreme grinding which in turn gives you negligible returns, boring grind loop. IF you play the game for 1, 2 hours, you basically played the whole game. It's always the same thing.

Guys how do you patch your game? or which link you use to download?
i can't patch beacause every time it ask me for file directory but when i choose game folder on my Disk C: it couse an error that can't find a file with the game..
I downloaded from here but still having issues. Am I supposed to put the update folder inside of the original? It just says nothing in the directory to update.
You just extract the "update" folder anywhere on your PC, the desktop is fine. Then open the "update" folder and double-click the "patch.exe" file inside. When it opens, set the install directory to your Witchfire installation folder (the folder where you installed the game), then hit Start. That's all you gotta do.
After downloading, paste (overwrite) them into your game folder. Sorry again guys
