Don't really understand what went wrong for you, but installing the game should be simple.

1. Extract the files.
2. Mount the ISO-file "WHITE_ALBUM2_1" to your virtual drive.
3. Run the "setup" with administrator and choose where to download the game.
4. After 3/4 of the game is downloaded a message telling you to mount ISO-file "WHITE_ALBUM2_2" will apear.
5. Mount the file and hit "ok"

Edit: I succeeded. Apparently, you use WinRAR to do it. First, you need to mount and extract the first ISO file, and after extracting it, the WinRAR application will pop up a notification to mount and extract another file. That is when you mount the second part.

Sorry to break it to you, but, it's still in Japanese since no complete translation (neither official nor fan ones) existed for this game

there are 2 iso files, open both but first double click on the 1st iso setup; it will load and then it'll ask for the second setup. go to the second iso and double click on the setup, thats it.
