I was finally be able to test the game and I've reached my patience after Day 5 and damn, I never imagined being bored by it. Also I've reloaded to test different outcomes so here's my feelings on the game as someone who love based choice games. First it is a Deterministic story, whatever side you choose that won't change the final outcome so yeah it's not a sandbox game like "City States" for example. The purpose of the game is to give you a taste of what was the French Revolution and let me tell you it failed because the only point of view I saw till day 6th is from my family and their short convo didn't reflect anything that let me feel was in a really bad tense situation. Only positive I like from the game is the "cinematic" (cut-scenes with different artworks) only in them I could indeed feel the atmosphere. About the gameplay, mechanics wise it has good idea but there is almost no witness to question and the questions are only there to get the verdict YOU want so you won't be hated too much from X factions. No one will question you if you only talk to the perpetrator for 4 questions... yeah... I am not against linear plot but come on even watching the anime of "The Rose of Versailles" will be more entertaining and is also following historical events. I think the problem of them, at least where I stopped is the lack of introduction of npcs, you only read files, link the pictures together (there is no real mystery since the file you've been given resume EVERYTHING you can know/ask about the case. Even if we witness reveal new information you cannot ask the perpetrator anything about it). So that's why I am telling you, if want linear plot but still want to play a game about mystery-laws (sorry for my bad english) go play Phoenix Wright.
Try changing resolution in ini files. Or start the game with a different resolution in desktop. Check drivers of graphic card and check rates in monitors. Tried to run it as admin? Stop Antivirus from checking install dir. Thats all I can think off after a 12 hour work on a freaking Saturday :) and some beers after work ^^
This is a terrible game. Any mistakes you make can ruin the game for you. It isn't worth playing since the whole game is just random chance. You make the wrong decision and it ruins the rest of the game.
7-zip is also my secret weapon. Sometimes right clicking a rar crashes explorer for me so I extract it manually with 7-zip. Just a side note, I thought your name was "Pedo Paul" for a second, Lol.
seems similar to phoenix wright, a visual novel with the player being a judge that makes decisions that alter the way the story plays out. its only 1.7Gb file size, so you should try it out if you have the time
i just checked it out, theres a bit of strategy involved with keeping people happy with decisions and matching clues to find questions to ask the defendant, and the choices effect the story a great deal unlike some (telltale) games where choices dont matter, but it is really heavily story based so if reading bores you then you wont have a good time lol
kinda, but i hate those games, i would rather read a book or watch a movie for a story, instead of staring at my monitor, but this game atleast has art, music, some voice acting, and a light amount of strategy so this is more playable than text based games imo
yes, i myself identify as a pansexual cactus, and am frustrated trying to play these games as there no option for that gender. I wish igg would fix these games lol
PLS there is no link that works PLS HELP
