The assets are from a third person MOBA game called Paragon, it was shut down due to lack of popularity and funding but all the assets where made available for Unreal Engine community(for free).

this is remind me of the game crysis 3 , I have finish it all and a I like it , I will play this game now

Seeing Wraith from Paragon on background is attractive but the game itself isn't.
