Just FYI, this game was already released. The publisher they used got kicked off steam for review manipulation shenanigans with a different game, so the developer had to re-release it independently. The dev seems to have done everything they can to support their community through it, including manually emailing keys to people who owned the old version if they send the dev a screenshot of their library having it.
The great thing is that it has mods which you can get on smods. And if the mod doesn't have English then you can use that autotranslate plugin for unity games that you can find on the internet.
So if you get a sense of deja vu, that is why.
