Unfortunately, yeah. For example, they recently let go of a vtubber called Selen Tatsuki all because of some controversy regarding a music video she made of herself doing a cover of some song. The company decided for some reason she didn't have the right to post it and hid it when in fact Selen did have the right. After that they made a post on Twitter regarding her graduation(Which is industry speak for being fired) and didn't even tell her directly, she only heard of her graduation cause a friend messaged her about the tweet Nijisanji made. A few hours later, they do a merch drop which is just disrespectful. And this is just the latest controversy Nijisanji is involved in and yet they still make millions of yen off their talent
