Even though it is an 'Early-Access', the devs didn't even update it ever since it came out!
Practically, it is almost 'certain' that this game has been 'dead' for 2 years - hence, it's mostly 'Negative' response on STEAM.
The game itself was pretty much bugged to hell in this release - you can enter it's menu, but once you're in the game-world, you can't really play. Alternatively, I strongly recommend 'TerraTech', which is nearly similar albeit no character customization, in exchange of lots of actions with even more guns...
