You can sequence-break quite a bit with diagonal jumping (since it gets you farther). In "Golden Souls", this """advanced technique""" was basically needed for some stuff. But in this game, it isn't either taken into consideration... or the dev knows about it and left it in the game. Kinda like Wall-Jumping in "Super Metroid". EDIT: That being said, I'm not the biggest fan of his previous works, but I like the exploration aspect of this game quite a bit. And while the choose of colors can be offputting (I hate "Quake" for this but don't mind it in "Hrot"), I love the overall style.

played previous projects (shrine 1and 2) using some universal addons and totally makes the shit a lot better
