Downloaded it and playing now , but is the multiplayer working or do u need to buy it for multiplayer? i see on the panel that there are 59 players with me but i sat alone in the plane and i only seen 4 bots so far
Are you not familiar with pirating games? Pirated games can not use internet connected features unless you use third party software like Hitachi or if the game has direct ip ability
I use the Oculus Quest with the Oculus Link cable. True that the visuals aren't as good as a dedicated PC headset, but if you get the USB 3.1 Oculus Link cable, the performance is damn near flawless. I play Blade and Sorcery a lot using the Oculus Quest. Plus, you have 360 degrees with Quest, unlike PC headsets and PSVR where you have to face forward
There are a few good Windows Mixed Reality headsets if you want the cheapest entry into VR. The best you can get is a Valve Index. Else I would recommend an Oculus headset, Quest if its cheap ~300-400 or an other regular model. If you don't own a beefy PC, a Quest is your only option but you would be limited to Quest specific games and the Oculus store. For a few bucks you can get a link cable to play PC games in the future though.
A few bucks, lol. The official link cable costs 70 new. If you are lucky, you can get a third party one from the internet for slightly cheaper. Totally worth it though.
Yeah its kind of broken but you could get bye using no cable and using wifi. sorry for that, you're right. The Quest does get a ton of features I cant have on the Index. I would almost rather have a Quest so that says allot. Big F to the 75hz screen though, 80 on Index feels low af already.
the WMR cost 200-300 they're alright and get the job done, also the newest oculus cost 400 dollars which has hand tracking and a bunch of other cool features you are very mislead.
Nobody sells it here , the only ones that so are importers or amazon , amazon sells the wmr for 500$ i think and oculus quest for 600$ , older models is either out of stock or even more expensive , the oculus DK1 is 400$ here used
Really? Oculus Quests are in stock at my local Walmart for 399.99. Unfortunately, they only have the 64GB in stock. But I already own one, so I am good
if you are unsure get a used one that you might resell for the same price or small loss. where I live i can sell one at any time for it isnt in stock bc corona. I got a rift S and its totally worth it. you just need to think of the time (over year or two) you will have fun and then still have some resell value.
I would argue it is worth it, but I own a Valve Index. The only think I don't like is that some games have bad anti-aliasing which you will notice in VR regardless of resolution. So make sure to have a GPU better than a 1070 or equal.
If you're new to vr, then hell it'll be the best thing ever for 200bucks. I've been using a valve index for 4 months now, and I still believe it's the best thing to play with.
