There is English support via the English interface and English audio.

For me it starts in a window with a white background, makes a sound like a splash of water and then closes. UPDATE: I found the cause. It was a program I had running called FPS Monitor. Turning it off works, or you can add victoryheatrally.exe to the processes blacklist in FPS Monitor.
