There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.

I do like me some customizable 'MECH' games, but rather not play with a keypad only. Not going to run X-pad or some other emulator just to keyboard mouse play this. if they develop a mouse/keyboard option I might give it a try.

Game pad only...pass for now.
