Requested the update, hopefully it will come. This game is really fun, alongside Stardew Valley and Gleaner Heights, it's one of the few farm games on pc worth playing.
Is this game the updated version? There are so many bugs it makes me not want to play it, but I really like the game. I literally can't progress with one of the characters because of it.
Oh for those who confused about the player's gender, here's a little explanation! In this game, player is agender/polygender/genderfluid, in that their gender is undisclosed/not chosen and their expression can be modified at any time to conform or not conform to masculine/feminine/neutral gender norms. So yeah, don't be surprised that the npc calling you them/they. It's a gender neutral pronoun. I know it can be a bit confusing for the non-english speakers/ newbie english-speaker, but in time you'll get used to it.
Not too keen on Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley (I never get very far in these games due to them being slow), but I'll try this one out, thanks. The sci-fi theme sounds much more interesting. For anybody else who likes this, there's an official spinoff of Harvest Moon called Innocent Life and it is very similar, also set in an Alien world.
Tbh this is basically Harvest Moon slapped with some futuristic-space-y elements to it. What I'm interested is the gene splicing mechanic, It's fun :D I remember Innocent Life, it was good enough :) A lil shocking at the time since most HM games is not set in a futuristic setting.
The gene splicing mechanic sounds quite interesting, I agree. And I heard this game is pretty inclusive, so that's cool too. Never played Innocent Life, although now I can, if I want to. Been willing to give it a try, just don't know if I'd like it :P
Wow not bad at all, I'm surprised.😲👍 It's a very nice alternative to Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley games, except set in an "alien" world. lol Too bad I really don't like the color choices (this alien world feels very cold to me! I prefer the warm colors of Stardew Valley 😝), cos everything is very well polished! Character customization is nice enough that you'll be able to create a character which really looks like you, or at least the image you want. lol Which is rare in such games. Graphics are VERY pleasant to look at (despite what I said about colors), especially thanks to this mix of 2D sprites and a 3D world. I would have been skeptical at first, but it works very well in this game. Design overall is very interesting, the artist(s?) managed to create a very convincing alien world. I'm also surprised by the presence of a blind character.😲 It seems so rare in games. Although I'm not sure it's realistic, since she's a mechanic...? But that was a nice idea from the developers. I wish there was a "run" (or "dash"? lol) button. You're always walking. The world seems kinda large to explore so I wouldn't say no to a faster movement speed.😊 Actually, there's a key called "walk" and it makes you go even slower, like in slow-motion. lol I wonder in what case this will be useful. Music is, er... Well, turn it off. lol There are a few problems "aligning" with items sometimes. Like when you want to open a fridge and you really have to position your character a very specific way in order to be able to do that... I have just one little worry... I just hope the game won't be too "casual". When I went to the field to plant some seeds, everything seemed so easy, and kinda "automatic". Then again, it might be only cos the UI is extremely intuitive, but still, so far, I encountered no difficulties at all. So it's a very relaxing experience so far. Can't say more at the moment, I played only an hour.😅 Edit: I played one more hour, and yeah it's definitely a keeper! I'm now addicted! lol And thanks, IGG!
