I watched an interesting episode of a TV program called "Slumfood Millionaire" that featured three brothers living in a slum called Dharavi that is in Mumbai [Bombay], India who make and sell on the streets, Idlis which are a common Indian street food that are fermented rice cakes served with tomato chutney like the Idlis that are featured in this game.
Also in the same interesting slum, a generous, Indian man named Sohrab makes and sells Indian Chinese fusion food (Yes, you read right. There is such a thing - I was surprised as well when I first heard about it) from his street stand. One of his famous dishes is Chow Mein with "Manchurian sauce", a concoction of his composed of stir fried Chow Mein noodles slathered with "Manchurian sauce", a sauce recipe created by Nelson Wang, a famous Chinese Indian chef who was born in Calcutta, made of Soy sauce, sliced cabbage, chili, garlic, ginger, salt, vinegar and arrowroot starch. He is generous in that at the end of each day, he gives away whatever food that is unsold to the starving children in the slum. Sohrab's motto is "You can eat at my stand even if you don't have any money."
