I started the game, but it's only black, and then crash. i already have Visual C++ (2013), .Net Framework 4.5.2, OpenAL, Java. but still doesn't work

I keep getting the error saying The application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Any Ideas on how I can fix this?

Missing OpenAL32.dll. Where is it? I ran the Codex Setup, then put the file of the crack in the game folder. There isnt an OpenAL32.dll anywhere. I want to try this game, help me when you can! Thank you for the games by the way :)
