Highly doubtful. I feel most devs who create "retro inspired" games do it to hide flaws in their inability to make proper games (i.e. I suck at graphics so I make bad "retro" graphics in a "retro inspired" game; janky animations and whatnot) or copy too closely to old games. These assets and UI are too close to Zelda 64, one of the most well known games out there, and makes it look cheap. I know graphics aren't everything, but even then most of these devs don't even fully understand what made these old games play good and successful in their time either. Very few games actually pull it off successfully, and I think we all know what games those are due to their popularity e.g. Shovel Knight.

The first Shovel Knight is ugly, not because of the "retro style".

I'd rather play OoT on my N64 again. This one feels bad.

The GoFile file is damaged, when downloaded it produced only a 30 kilobyte file every time.
