That's because it's trivial to make games these days, there's no real work or coding or knowledge required; they just drag-and-drop blocks in a game-framework and drag-and-drop stuff from asset-libraries.
That's why games are so garbage these days, there's zero optimization, making them like crap and be bloated as hell, like even a 2D idle-clicker game being 2gb and "requiring" OpengGL 3.3 and run like crap on a system that can run Crysis and Doom3 at max settings. 😒
