Pretty promising, and actually fun to play (if a bit basic for my taste), but with a bunch of rough edges and flaws.
There's a good amount of well developed lore and backstory (even if the story itself was somewhat predictable), which is a plus. You're a mole-mech looking for survivors after a nuke wiped out London, and the levels are isolated rooms underground where you make your own entry/exit points by breaching through walls from room to room and digging through empty earth. The combat is fast paced and the enemies get upgrades and are more varied as you progress through the 5 levels. The biggest issue? It doesn't really work as a roguelike: getting through those 5 levels is doable in about an hour, and it's not very difficult (only the last two levels get tough, but combat isn't mandatory for the most part and you've got plenty of supplies).
It's enjoyable in the same way Roboquest is; the game focuses on having well-designed core gameplay mechanics that work well together, fun combat, and an enjoyable experience throughout, rather than on having an underwhelming ending you can only reach after grinding for dozens of hours or getting the most blessed RNG. Hell, I'd recommend that, if you do die a few times before reaching the end, you don't spend too much XP on upgrades for the mech (which you gotta 'install' in workshops during the actual run btw), as the game is perfectly beatable, and more enjoyable IMO, with a few, if any, upgrades at all. If you're struggling to kill the tankier enemies in the late game, upgrade your railgun's damage and RoF once, and remember to check resistances and use the right ammo type.
All in all, it's hitting the right notes, it just needs more work and a longer, slightly more challenging 'run' to be truly great. Meta progression is handled pretty well, I really like that you have to install (and choose between) the different upgrades you've unlocked, and you don't really need to invest in it to actually progress through the game.
There's a few annoyances though, and several rather minor bugs like the map & menus getting stuck if you try to open two different things in quick succession. The civilians you gotta rescue are bloody loud, incredibly annoying and they DO NOT STOP YELLING. Aligning yourself for a breach can be a bit tricky as you move very fast, so your mech often moves two tiles with a single tap of a key. The controls are also non-rebindable, which I fucking hate with a passion, but at least the defaults aren't completely stupid (cough cough Gunnhildr cough cough).
TL;DR: it's enjoyable but rather easy for a roguelike, and without a lot of content. Try it, if you like the gameplay you'll probably spend a good bunch of hours playing it.

Yep, but from what I read from the "Why this game is Early Access" Section, it seems that it's actually pretty much finished, they consider this game a Beta, and speculate that they will only need 3 months before the game can be considered complete.
