can you take a screenshot? I guess it could be some of the following reasons:

Your AV has blocked the installation, FLT, as well as some other repackers who are using INNO to create the installer, are getting the same false positives. Please turn off AV. If you need more information, search google, dozens of people talk about this, for example:
