Doesn't work, when I click on install.exe noting happens. I also tried extracting/mounting Skidrow.bin manually but I only get empty folder or an error. I guess bin file is corupted.

Never mind, I only needed to change to English system locate for it to work.

In Win 7, go to control panel > Region And Language > Administrative > Change system Locale, set it to English and restart a PC. Not sure about other OSs, but should be something similar, if you can't find it just google "How to change system locale [OS you have]"

Well that was what solved problem for me and some other people, not sure what else could a problem be, but just to check did you change to US's English system locale, nobody said you must but that was the one that worked for me.

Something more obscure: from act 3 movement around the global map seems deliberately blocked at choke-points to prevent the player from reaching any destination, unable to make any progress.

Doesnt work. Get a missing gui error also no intro either and title is pushed all the way to the left. Edit: fixed that but the random battles that you can run into don't work, you can't attack any of them since your characters dont fully load in. Think this may just be a broken dlc for now but I'll keep messing with it.

I got it to work. What you wanna do is "install" it where ever your main game is but feel to back up everything if you wanna be cautious . Once you do that, copy everything thats in the "Data" folder and move it to the "Tyranny_Data". Remove the "Data" folder and rename the "Tyranny_Data" folder to "Data" and done. Thats how i got it to work only problem now the character creation is covered in pink tho but thats probably a graphical error on my end. Hope this works for you.
