Love these cyberpunk grand strategy games! They are very rare though.
Edit: This one needs more work though. Nice concept but the interface is very clunky and it is extremely slow for no reason.

All these rebel army's,
are going to have to take the fight to england and washington DC.
To free their own communities, around the world.
You have to take down the banker who's funding the attack against you,
inside their own safespace.
