I downloaded it a second time. But it keeps crashing after a few seconds. Win10 8gb Ram gtx 970 i7-4790K Crack was applied - so I am not sure what I did wrong
I like this genre of game (which, for lack of a better term I will call "adventure"), but this one and the last big hit adventure hit, "Call of the Sea", are both super depressing.
Guys, ALWAYS check off the box close to the bottom that says "Copy contents of xxxx...." in the installer. Otherwise you will have to manually move the crack files into the main directory.
You need to copy the codex folder into the folder where the game was installed. Just drag the folder "12M Data" into the installation folder and replace any files that it shows. I've done this though and I'm still taken to steam for whatever reason but I have replaced the steam api
It's probably a false positive. Antivirus software makes use of databases that have information about blocks of code that known viruses use. If a work-around for a cracked game uses similar code, they get flagged as possibly having those viruses. That said, crack work-arounds tend to trigger anti-virus software a lot, since they might use code that viruses use to circumcvent security measures just to work around DRM measures.
Well, I would not be. I have seen many works both official and unofficial where the protagonists make faces that they don't usually make Too jaded for that. Here, look at some examples of official ones, like Gintoki. Or even freeze-frames at the right (or wrong) moment.
I still have no clue if this game's good or not. Half the reviewers praise its writing, and the other half call it an absolute repetitive slog that wastes the player's time over and over again.
I avoid these games most of the time. Of course, there are people who would say things like "try it out yourself", but I perceive this as practically a coin toss instead - and I can't stand factors of luck. UPDATE: Having watched some videos, I have the impression that the new player has to figure out, by trial and error, about what to do. For example, the suited dude who comes in, claiming to be a police officer is a close-combat expert - but it isn't clear that he is one (unless players assume that a bald white dude in a suit is going to be like Agent 47 from the Hitman games). Using the knife in just about any way against him won't do jack-squat. Then, he also has a gun on his person - another thing that is not clear until the new player has the protagonist do things that force the dude to use his gun. Next, there are the limitations on the part of the player character. For example, he can't throw the knife when prompted to use the knife on the dude. He always attempts to stab the dude. If there are other means of getting him to use the knife in a different way, then it is not clear.
(14:50) They have to go to the door to do the cuffing animation because the first cuffing animation that is done in this apartment cannot be coded to occur anywhere else.

That's interesting.
watching agent 47 smiling like that would be terrifying as watching batman doing the same thing
