Can confirm. Everything is in Russian with no way to change it. The game files also reflect this: RUS folders only.

Is this game available in English?

Aww, man! Tribal Trouble!
I remember finding this on a Demo Disk; Great little game.
I eventually got a full copy, it was totally solid, although I didn't play that much.
So, I'll get it now, thanks!
EDIT: It's in Russian... Trying to change the language in the Options menu does nothing.
