I don't know what you're talking about Jochem. Can you please write the text again but this time with an improved words and a nice tone text. I swear sure please help me. :(
You can deliver (cargo and pax [passengers]) into both cargo and pax stations/(bus) stops. (actually not intended, but players find it makes the game less frustrating). Only picking up is restricted. Demand restrictions still apply.
Put bus stops near intersections.
For paxs, A to B (point-to-point) routes win over A - B - C - D (multistop) routes (not paths: interchanges are easier to work with). For cargo, only p2p routes make sense.
Use both directions with multistop routes: A-B-C-B(-A) and C-B-A-B(-C).
Try to find a straight path as backbone (multistop) bus route, preferably going thru multiple different R/C/I parts of the city.
Avoid sharing bus stops in the backbone with collector routes, except the heads. Let them walk a bit, or the backbone will get jammed.
Tips: Bus stops can also be used as tram stops. Mission 3 Europe maps: seems like steel production is split between both formulas: 1 Iron + 1 Coal -> 50% 2 Steel + 1 Slag -> 50% 1 Steel adding to 1 Fe + 1 C = 3/2 Steel + 1/2 Slag. Adding up: to generate 720 food/year, 360 steel/year is needed, which also need 180 240/year Iron and Coal, generating 120 slag/year. There are two countdowns, one after warehouse construction for loading food - 1440d (min 500F for medal) and another for maintaining food supply over 10%. Tips: there are TWO freight train routes in this mission that can go both way.
This site need some features like "Previous version links" for backup. Users can pick up previous build if there're some problem with latest version. As least the last version's link
I can't seem to play the game, it starts up just fine and when I load up any game mode it turns off when its nearly done loading up, I have no idea on what to do, can anybody help?
You have to run empty trips at first for the route to be registered, so buy 1 wagon/truck first and buy the rest later. For bus routes, just buy all at once.
The range of a bus stop is misleading: people will only choose the best way to travel, which might not be through your system (because your buses are slow or not leaving/coming often enough). Place and route thru them based on RCI zones.
The ticket price for the route is based on the slowest train on that route, watch out if you're running 2 trains. There is actually a way to find out how many wagons/trucks you will need. First, remember the setting for time progression, it's actually how many miliseconds in realtime (1x speed) will pass for an in-game day, which is 2000ms (2s) (millisperday) by default. The demand and supply in this game is per year, which means in millisperday * 0.365 sec realtime. Round-trip time and frequency are good profit markers but only frequency is cited in realtime. The formula is: optimal freq = demand / (millisperday * 0.365 * OneVehicleCapacity) Must-have mod: anything with 4 lane entry for bus/truck station Recommended: Curved train station Nice-to-have: New industry (buggy with 13482), flying overpass
game request are to be mentioned in game request page, see above, there's a tab for game request, request it there, IGG rarely check individual page.....
Thank you so much for that Update Build Link , So i don't have to download the whole game again ... Thanks http://igg-games.com , keep it up to date :))) Cheers
so i did the setup and it didnt seem to download anything...there are no files or anything downloaded nothing marked as train fever or anything!! what did i do wrong? it acted like it was downloading and it took forever too help me!! this game looks fun
This game is very demanding for its graphic, and 32 bit machines tend to be very old, so they don't really have a chance to run this well, even on all-low. Try OpenTTD if your buddy is into it.
Starting a passenger train line is the best way to jumpstart your transportation network. Step 1: Pause the game. Look for two towns close to each other. Makes sure that you spare enough room for town and your own expansion later. Step 2: Build your train stations at both ends. Leave everything at default. Check again that you have chosen the passenger one. Step 3: Connect train stations to the way out of the city. Step 4: Build two bus depots nearby. Step 5: bad advice, deleted Step 6: Line setup in progress
Save now, this is the most annoying part* Step 7: Connect your train stations by rail. Slow and steady. Step 8: Choose a place to put your train depot (further from rail). Make sure that you get the depot to rail correctly. (i/e the rail out the depot should NOT "stick out" like a sore thumb) Step 9: If you start in 1850, buy 3 passenger wagons and a loco. Step 10: Make your rail line. If things go wrong, see Step 8. Step 11': Unpause. Check that bus services are running from towns to train stations at both ends. Step 11: Wait for 2 or 3 years. Ka-ching. Buy more wagons if there are too many passengers at both ends (but not too many or the train will be slooow). If you start in 1850 you'll have a net worth of 10M and debtless in 1900 :)

8000 is the maximum you can go though. The higher that number, the slower.
p/s: new big patch coming thru Jul 26th.
IGG rarely check individual page.....
Pls reply
