just put the steam.exe in your trash bin while installing/ open it for the first time :)

no it doesnt. check if everything is on minimum. cpu overheats fast. got an AMD FX 8320 which reaches on max details over 85°C (185°F). on lowest details maximum 72°C(162°F).
