I get this error message when I try to start the game in the newest version. I have installed C++ redistributables, .net and also have installed another UE4 game to get the steam redistributables common package. Anyone know what is going wrong? I also disabled firewall and antivirus.
Go to Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv139\Win64 and move or delete steam_api64.dll (3007 KB), then rename steam_api64.dll.bak (238 KB) to steam_api64.dll - now game should work.

There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.
