With all due respect, my friend, a "HTTP 400 Bad Request" error looks like the following in Chrome (See the first screenshot which is taken from here). It is possible that "kirishima081" was not able to download from MegaUp.Net because he wasn't able to reach that third party file hoster's page.
The "HTTP 400 Bad Request" error is a client side error and not a server side error (See the second screenshot), therefore something in his browser's cache & cookies or his Windows DNS cache was corrupted and the problem could possibly be resolved by him clearing either or both cache(s) and the cookies in his machine. 😐
A HTTP 400 error means that there is an error in the possibly corrupted request sent by your browser (See here). Try clearing your browser's cache & cookies and then try to download the game again.
If the problem still persists then try clearing your DNS cache: Run the Windows Command window (Go to the "Start Menu" and click on the "RUN ..." button. The "Run ..." window will appear. In the "Open:" dropdown control, type "CMD" [Sans the quotes]. The Command window will appear.) and in the Command window type the "IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS" command and then press the "Enter" key. Afterwards, try to download the game again.
I was able to successfully reach the MegaUp.Net main page for this game [WinRAR archive file] without encountering this or any other any HTTP errors.
With all due respect, my friend, "kirishima081" never wrote anything about the link being fine or not fine. He only wrote that he encountered the "400 bad request" [error] and was not able to download. The link is fine for you and I but it might not be for "kirishima081" from the viewpoint of his browser, until he clears his browser's cache & cookies and/or Windows DNS cache.
Also, please see my above, reply comment for further clarification. 😐
