Yet I still don't know how to play 麻将 like WTF is this game, it has no set international rule every city play its own rules and the rule are not remotely simmilar at all, basically the rule between Hebei and Shandong are like blackjack VS 3 card poker. The only use the same deck and and simmilar hand ranking then that's all, everything is different.
