This is the main reason why I requested the game to be posted in IGG. When people enjoyed the game and knowing how cheap it is, I think there will be more people buying it.
There was some research done about piracy some years back. It basically showed that digital piracy has no long-term effect on profitability and, in some cases, actually increases profits due to word of mouth. I can't remember the name of the documentary that covered it, but the takeaway was pretty interesting.
