There's a Steam Discussion talking about it sort of. Its been said by a dev that the only one that is supported is steam. There are work arounds with changing the Parameter's of how it launches, but its a matter of finding said parameter's, and getting them to work.

I'm not sure you can - this is the GoG version, which supposedly doesn't support VR, you need the Steam version
