Why is the Language not german i go in the folder steam_emu.ini and
write German but is englisch in the game please help me guys . (and

yes it does you have to modify the steam.emu files and unlock the dlc

Go to steam_emu, [The Assembly\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv132\Win64] (leave it where it is) open it and edit DLC unlock to 1 rather than zero. Save and close. Should open in rift or vive after that.
