whenever I try to play, I get a message saying "The following component(s) are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Runtime. I tried everything I could find online, including trying to download said file, downloading files that are relevant to that file, etc. and I don't know how to fix it.
just download that specific C++ 2013 runtime on the official microsoft website and install you will be then able to run the game theres also driver you will need to install inside the downloaded game files. if u have extracted the rar files to ur pc, open the IGG-The.Isle.v0.0.0.25 folder inside u will see _CommonRedist install all of them (DirectX DotNet DotNet PhysX PhysX)
its not working it just says i have split files and just has me break the operation. i do press okay to try again but it just says the same thing over and over and over. ;w;
Come on guys, dont ask for update here, it will never happen. If you really want this game you need to go to the request page and ask for update. I've done that right now. So why dont you? Give an up vote for every request of update for this game and IGG will see us! Pls i'm counting on you! Come on.
the actually stand v0.1.53.3 is there are only 4 types of AIs which spawns normally as "food" to hunt, the devs are actually still working on recoding / rewriting C++ for the V4 Map and avaiablility for all species being able to spawn as AI (Hatchlings, juvies, Sub, adults and Hypos prob) ((only youtubers gets the dev branch. beta key to showing the updated stuff till its finished))
Just sayin, don't expect updates because this game updates too frequently and the IGG mods will have a tough time re-uploading it every weekend. They might release an update when the game is out of early access
hey u must download all parts then move them to desktop then u select all of them and right click them and extract here then u get a folder which will be ur game

rdownload and or re extract maybe something blipped in the process it happened to me with ac syndicate and I had to reinstall and it works fine minus the update problem but that's not the games fault :)
I have the same problem with assasins creed syndicate and StarCitizen! I am not sure what it is StarCitizen used to work until I redid my windows! When I find out I will let you know!
You can play via LAN (for now) but I don't know how yet I just know its possible :) (OR I read that you can set your own servers up (both steam and non steam) to play on but again I DO NOT know how to just yet Will be googling that later.
