Sorry for this problem, you go to:

"...\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv158\Win64"
Delete "steam_api64.dll" file.
Rename "steam_api64.dll.bak" to "steam_api64.dll".
Start game and enjoy ;)

Thanks, that worked. But DLCs are not available ingame and DLC folder contains only several screenshots of the game. Any chance we can get DLCs too?

I just installed and launched the game. It took 42 seconds to get past the black screen but it loaded just fine.
