Some DLL files that should be provided with the game are not present. This is not the fault of any antivirus program, as I've tried redownloading this without an antivirus for the tenth time now.
If the only error you recieve returns the error code "0xc000007b", install the latest .NET frameworkfrom Microsoft's website. (If that doesn't work, install the latest XNA framework as well)
If it returns several DLL errors, I've made a fix package here: (Package is a zip file with 3 dll files. Antivirus programs may return a false-positive)
Thanks for that, I only managed to find broken ucrtbased.dlls. @vietphap123:disqus Those missing files are debug dlls from visual studio they dont come with VCredist. Seems your release is a debug version of the game.
