Apparently the listed game here is the original, uncensored Japanese version of the game. By Japanese law, locally sold titles that have adult content that depict explicit sex or private parts which are later sold to export markets, must be censored (eg. - Have mosaics, censor bars or some other form of censorship). Thus, when these games hit Steam or GOG they are censored by default. 😉
That means that this must be the original uncensored Japanese version of the game (English is one of the widely spoken foreign languages in Japan), thus the English subtitle support is present even in the original Japanese release of the game). Rob probably didn't download this game but tried to find whatever uncensor patches are available in case an H-Game is censored.

This is a P2P release. Look for a folder that contains the game's cracked files. It can be named "crack", "fix" or something else. It should be a folder that is separate from the game's installer and its support files. Copy the contents of that folder into the installed game's folder. Overwrite any files when prompted and then try to run the game again.
