In case anyone gets this error: "Couldn't start: C:\GAMES\Still Wakes the Deep\Habitat\Binaries\Win64\Habitat-Win64-Shipping.exe" Habitat CreateProcess() returned 2."
The solution I found was to launch the game using the .exe located in "C:--path to game--\Still Wakes the Deep\Habitat\Binaries\Win64".
The almost immediate timed button sequence ladder jump was unfortunate game design IMO. Too early in the game, for something that simple, to be made that artificially difficult. It was irritating and kind of bunk.
It looks great though. And those kind of looks packed into a neat 10Gig. I do applaud that.
Depends on the place. For example, here in Brazil (where the tax amount is a robbery), it is completely normal for an individual to build a complete PC and no longer have money to buy games to play on it. The solution to this is what we call "Steam Verde".

I appreciate Scot and Irish accents, ...and have no tolerance for british ones.

But even if I did, I wouldn't want to play the hero in a videogame fantasy world doing it.
It looks nicely atmospheric other then that,
which makes it seem like a minor but unnecessary distraction.
