The Win32/Wacapew.C!ml is a Python Installer Script contained in the installer thats on the ISO . This is not necessarily a malicious thing but it does allow the setup to make changes to your computer using admin privileges.

To make sure you have downloaded the correct file, after downloading, check the hash code of the iso file with 7z or any tool. Then compare the hash code with the database scene sites, for example https://www.srrdb.com/, if the code matches, you are safe, and vice versa.
getting the same error here. Click on "new game" or "continue" and it just freezes. Not like the program stopped working. The background music and menu animations still work.

Did you know "Wacatac.B!m", Sabsik.FL.B!m", "Phonzy.A!ml" is a false positive??? shit AV always warn like this, an example I did a quick google search to show you:
