Finally baby!!! I was really looking forward to this!!! The best JRPG for its narrative and number of possible endings, ahhh my old days with PS1 revived in HD😍
Won't need to, I have a switch running Atmosphere so if push comes to shove I'l just use that. Or I'l just play the PSP version. I hear there's not many differences between that and R
The only differences are the high resolution models and that the Switch version has a filter that makes all the 2D sprites look better. (Nothing new for gameplay and story mode)
Because I Been reading around and all I see is proper modernization and not the ""modernization"" we get to much of passed few years.
They even remade the gal 17years old apparently which is something crazed modern west would be hard against.
The only thing I could find is how a couple scenes were changed 1 in which sounded like tech issues more then anything (town gets destroyed less extremely) and something about someone's parents (which maybe is modernization in bad way idk).
Also should be noted it seems GemDrops was the main people not Square who I think more just payed them and helped a little.
There's nothing in this "new" remake that is different enough to warrant wasting money on.
