Any Cave shmup from the 90s-2000s, with Mame emulator. I very strongly recommend Akai Katana. (not that old, it's from 2010, actually.) It's one of the best shmups ever made. If you mean on PC (Steam) though, here's a short list, which includes also old 90s games :
