are you using a 32 bit system or a 64 bit. cause this game only works for 64 bit systems!i have a 32 bit system and this game doesn't work for me.

Its a laptop... And yes it is powerful enough to run games likee cod or skyrim. but how do I fit a desktop gpu in a not evan 1 inch tall laptop?
