Because there is no such thing as automatic deletion, unless the entity holding this right has enough money to make it so (so typicaly product of valve itself, for example, would have this power on steam).

Therefore, for this to get deleted, it would require first to be flaged/spotted, then that the entity having the right (so the studio behind Squid Game) to get notified, then to contact steam/what-ever platform, in order to delet this.

Even when people "in the industry" like Nintendo start to go berserk against their IP, you still see planty of fake game poping
So a party that isn't "in the undustry" would be a fuckin joke to start this war.
There is tons and tons of game uploaded everyday on these market place, it would require a massive amount of power to check those and see if they violate some right.

You might think this is obvious it does right now, but it's because you are on a warez website checking new game uploaded. You are not "a normie".
Planty of people barely know how steam work, don't even know indy game such as this exist... (and again, we're talking about a copyright holder NOT in the industry)

Again, think about the war the music industry is leading against DMCA and such, and despite that, the number of parody and missuse are still popping everywhere on youtube.
Just like a youtube video, let a game get hundred of thousand of player, and therefore money, and you will suddently hear about a copyright infringement.

Anyone can make and upload a Youtube video in 10 seconds. It's infinitely more difficult to make a game (even bad and sh%^y game like this one). Yet Youtube brutally and efficiently removes anything "suspicious" in a very short notice. Obviously different standards. Not that I actually care much about Netflix' or whoever copyrights...

yeah you are right just seems like blatant copyright infringement especially with the picture of them in squid game suits haha the more of these pop up it is hard to take em down and not worth the effort probably a bunch on roblox also

Probably because it's all based on typical game shows + childhood games
