I agree with you, Alucard; it's Metal Gear Solid Tits Edition. If we get down to it, I think the girl should wear a skimpier outfit (they could have put her in a bikini). What the hell, even make her naked. The only bad thing was where she was going to put the items and weapons.
I've just finished testing it, at least the beginning, and I can say it has a pretty awful camera that leaves MGS 1 in a bad state, and controls that no one can understand.
