There is English support via the English interface and support for 26 other languages via each respective language's interface! It looks like the dev took advantage of Google Translate's free machine translation services. IMHO, that's a wise decision as it opens up more markets for him at minimal cost (It didn't cost him anything in terms of money but it cost him some time and labor).
