There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.
Ouch, update changed player data. Not sure if I can transfer it, only able to transfer world data but forced to make a new character.
EDIT: In old comments below someone linked a way to change the steamID to continue playing your character. Link to comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/PlaySoulMask/comments/1d65tzq/comment/l77w2xg/ "The world.db files are just SQLlite so go here grab this Downloads - DB Browser for SQLite (sqlitebrowser.org)
Then open your world.db click tab says "Browse Dara" on table actor_table Scroll down to see your steam ID in column actor_name and change it to the account ID you want. I just did this few mins ago and it worked."
The string at %localappdata%/WS/string are the SteamIDs, launching u34 generates the new one. Load up your old save and change the player ID string then copy that save to the new steamID folder.
For others: only workaround I find is to make a new character unfortunately.
Keep both versions installed.
Copy save data from %localappdata%/WS/#String to the new one added by update34.
Load your save and make a new character then apply to your clan in clan list.
Copy the save data back to the original string and load old update 30 again, then you can accept application and promote your new character.
Copy save data back to up34 string once again and continue on new character.
If you want to restore your awareness level you can modify the STARTGAME.bat with another line : -adminpsw=password
Then in game you can use "gm key password" no quotes to get to admin panel.
It's not perfect but at least you can continue to play.
Thanks for the continuous updates, works perfectly.
I wish you would title the updates like the developers do, like "Update 19" instead of "0.2.7". I can only guess this is update 19, because nowhere on the web do they refer to updates in the 1.2.3 format
Is there a way to resume your save game from the last version to this one (0.1.1v)? I found the save game folder and move the save over to the new version but when i enter the save game it just starts the save as a new one.
i dont quite understand what you mean... just download, unzip and play. It doesnt require anything. Maybe you are misunderstanding the word "update 34"? We just set it to the same as the info on steam page, you can go to steam and see it
just download and unpack the new parts, play the game, choose your savegame ( if you not have search and delete the save game). when you just delete the folder of soulmask, you dont delete rhe savegame that is an other path (normally i guess, i always choos the place where my winrar should unpack [d: 2nd partition]
this isnt the place to check, although i suppose getting someone like myself to send you to the right place would do. online-fix.me is where you wanna go check at dude.
i checked the site, and although there is a patch for this, it seems official servers are no longer working. so, id assume this means that you have to play using local/lan play perhaps, or make your own server if the game supports it. (i havent played) so im not to sure on that regard and no other info in the comments on the fix website is listed or mentioned about it. other than "comments closed game updated, official servers no longer work".
hey bro, is the version number gonna be a consistent thing now? or is it just for certain games? its not been on all updates so sometimes its harder to tell what version is what. although i have noticed this has been an ongoing thing lately which i personally am glad its happening.
